As the 2015 Racing Captain, I will aim to advertise upcoming races then coordinate WECC participants. It is always more fun to turn up with a crew!
The aim is to create listings for all upcoming events on Facebook then for members to click which ones they are participating in so that others can see who is also heading along. This will assist with car pooling, etc. Events with a “#” indicates those events members are currently planning on attending.
Paddling events for 2015:

– Brunswick River paddle 21st June.#
– Ocean Paddle at Byron Bay Sat 11th July #
– Maroochy River 16 Aug.- Tennyson paddle 19th July.#
– Currumbin 19 Sept
– Gold Rush. Mermaid Beach ~Sept (TBA).#
– Coolangatta Gold: Sunday 11th Oct.
– Paddle2Fitness Currumbin paddles: 9 May. Other months TBA. ~2nd/3rd Sat of each month.
